I don't think so, Do you have a CD rom laying around that you could install where the floppy is. Just for the xp install?

This depends on if the bios of the computer without the CD-rom has the ability to boot from LAN (Local Area Network).

You won't be able to install XP from LAN unless you have a Windows 2000/2003 server with Remoite Installation Services (RIS) enabled. If you're not familiar with any other ways of deploying Windows XP besides CD installation, then your best bet is to get a USB CD-ROM and hope that the BIOS supports booting from USB. And if you don't have a Windows 2000/2003 server, then you're out of luck for RIS.

You could also try hooking the computer's HD up as a slave to another computer, formatting it, and copying the xp cd over to it. Then, put it back it the computer and see if that works.
